Kaip išvengti blogos nuotaikos ryte?

Be pusryčių nekeliu kojos iš namų!

Kaip visi žinome, pusryčiai yra svarbiausia mūsų dienos dalis, kai galime pasikrauti energijos visai dienai! Aš asmeniškai neįsivaizduoju savo dienos be pusryčių, nes jei jų nesuvalgau, dažniausiai būnu irzli, o apie gerą nuotaiką galima tik pasvajoti. Tačiau dažnai susiduriu su problema – pusryčiai tampa banalūs ir neįdomūs. Oi kaip nusibosta nuolatos valgyti košes ar įvairius sumuštinius… Bet tai negali būti priežastimi pusryčių apskritai nevalgyti.

Taigi, kai nusibosta košės ir sumuštiniai į pagalbą ateina AHA skanukai! Jau būdama visai mažytė įsimylėjau šios firmos produktus ir net gi dabar jie vis dar padeda paįvairinti mano pusryčius. AHA  skanukų pasirinkimas toks platus, kad užtenka ne tik pusryčiams, bet ir priešpiečiams ar vakarienei. Visko yra tiek daug, kad atsiranda kita problema – ne visada įstengiu išsirinkti tik vieną produktą… Bet pastaruoju metu esu AHA kviečių su šokoladu fanė. Jie net gi suteikia motyvacijos ristis ryte iš lovos 😀 Besikeliant į mokyklą ar darbą (nes aš asmeniškai net nesitikiu, kad kada nors išaugsiu norą rytus pradėti su sausais pusryčiais?), tikrai nesinori ilgai šeimininkauti virtuvėje, tad aš tiesiog užsipilu šiuos kviečius su pienu ar jogurtu ir su plačia šypsena veide,  suvalgau iki paskutinio dribsniuko.

Kartais iki pilnos laimės reikia tik kukurūzo

Priešpiečiams labai mėgstu užkąsti AHA kukurūzų, kurių užtenka ne tik man, bet ir draugams pavaišinti. Aišku, kai tik išsirenku kurių noriu, nes ir vėl pasirinkimas priverčia rimtai pasukti galvą 😀 Kartais laimi kukurūzai su šokolado glaistu, kartais kukurūzai karamelėje, o kartais tiesiog saldžios kukurūzų lazdelės.  Tai puikus užkandis, kurio visada užburiantis skonis tarsi prašosi būti vėl ir vėl ragaujamas. O kai užtenka sausų pusryčių ir kukurūzų, griebiu AHA nektarų buteliuką ir atsigaivinusi, vėl kartoju AHA skanukų dienos ritualą 😀  Ir pabaigai, manau AHA skanukus turėtų paragauti kiekvienas, kad atrastų arba prisimintų tą vaikystės džiaugsmą, nuotaiką ir nesuvaidintas emocijas❤️sausi pusryciai ryte aha skanukai kukurūzai
